Instructions:
1. The road surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust. Remove poorly adhered old markings and other contaminants.
2. The application temperature for hot-melt reflective paint is 200℃±10℃.
3. Glass beads should be evenly distributed on the surface, with a settling depth of about 60% of the bead diameter; it is recommended that the amount used be no less than 500g/m2.
4. The weight of this package is 25kg±0.5kg. During handling and transportation, please lay it flat to prevent sharp objects from scraping or snagging.
5. There are small ventilation holes around this package; please be careful to avoid rain and moisture.
6. This product is designed with a unique formula; please do not mix it with paints from other brands.
7. Do not simultaneously melt petroleum resin paint and rosin resin paint to avoid surface peeling of the markings after application.
8. When applied to old asphalt and concrete surfaces, please use a primer compati- ble with the paint. Marking on primed surfaces must be completed within the same workday. If markings are not applied to the primed surface within this timeframe, the primer must be reapplied.
9. For new concrete surfaces, please remove the efflorescence layer from the surface before applying the primer and markings.
Notes:
1. The hot melt reflective coating should not be kept in the hot melt kettle at a tem- perature above 210°C for more than 6 hours.
2. The number of times the melted coating can be re-melted should not exceed 3 times.
3. If there are burnt particles on the filter screen during discharge, please adjust the flame intensity and clean it.
4. When switching from petroleum resin coatings to rosin resin coatings, please clean thoroughly, and vice versa.
5. Do not use hot melt coatings that have been damp or rained on, to avoid splash burns during melting.
